Returns And Refunds

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return the product and we will either exchange or refund you.

In the event of an exchange or refund request,you should contact us via our “Customer Support” page.

The product must be returned to our central warehouse which is handling all the shipments and returns. We will provide the address,if you cannot find it on the package you received.

You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused.

You must provide a tracking number and the carrier’s name.

Once the tracking number has been provided (and once our warehouse confirms that we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

• Product was not used or damaged
• Product must be in it’s original box
• Product must include original tags (if applicable)

The refund proccesing time is 10 working days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation. Customers are allowed to exchange within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for an exchange make sure that these following conditions are met:

• Product was not used or damaged
• Product must be in it’s original box
• Product must include original tags (if applicable)
